The day after Thanksgiving, in 2002, my dad and I moved my handmade displays into the small, sunny space that is now Angie Star Jewelry. I lined their small shelves with my accumulated work, hung some watercolors from my best friend, and plugged in a borrowed credit card machine. There: open for business, trials, adventures, life - whatever came next!
My sister soon joined me on this (very fun, and too many stories to tell!) adventure, and then my mother, too. My dad passed, I married, had two amazing children, I unmarried, I moved shops, I opened shops, I closed shops. It has indeed been a very full journey - filled with the closest family, old friends, new friends that would become dear friends - a story that has always remained rich with life and deeply personal.

Twenty years to the day later, here we are. A strong, healthy, small woman-owned business with so much to be thankful for! We have been blessed to make our community thousands of pieces, many of them one-of-a-kind, with untold heart and intention behind each piece.
