Amazonite is a green to blue-green variety of the potassium feldspar mineral microcline, and often appears in granitic pegmatites, which are coarse-grained igneous rocks that form deep within the Earth's crust. 
It is known as the "Stone of Courage and Truth," that is associated with harmony, balance, and communication. It is believed to soothe emotional turmoil, encourage honest communication, and promote overall well-being. 
This piece is made with 4mm, faceted Amazonite, and hand-knotted on natural silk. The length measures 16" bead to bead, with an added 1.5" of adjust at the clasp. You may choose silver or goldfill clasp and finishings. We are happy to discuss a custom length with you.
